One Church in Fayetteville invites the local community to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as the members celebrate the opening of their new addition that they call the “Upper Room.”
The new space will be used for student ministry, small groups, offices and a great place to worship.
Local families are invited on Sunday, September 19th at 12:00 for a BBQ lunch, ax throwing, snow cones, cornhole, bounce houses for the kids, and a live bluegrass band.
“This is a big day in the life of One Church as we officially cut the ribbon on the Upper Room,” said Blake Bergstrom, lead pastor. “It turned out so beautiful and we can’t wait for our community to see it. We are hoping and praying that this new space will be used to reach students in this community like never before,” he added.
The new facility is housed above the children’s ministry area in the worship center. Last year, One Church moved their weekday Academy to the gym facility allowing the One Kids ministry to revamp their area and expand the Academy to meet the needs of the families in the community.
The One Church student ministry for middle and high school students, which is led by Pastor Billy Johnson, meets Sunday evenings at 6-8 p.m. with games, engaging worship, relevant messages, and small groups and they meet on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:45 p.m. for Bible Studies, activities and honest conversations about your faith.
One Church Sunday services are at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. They are located at 2130 Redwine Road in Fayetteville. Learn more online at beonechurch.com.
