Kind words can go a long way, and the young Bears at Robert J. Burch Elementary sent both words of encouragement and pretty pictures to the heroes of the front line.

Last year for a service project, classes at Burch made cards for local doctors, nurses, and frontline workers to say thank you for everything they have done during the pandemic. The cards were shared with Piedmont Newnan Hospital, just one of many hospitals whose staff were at the forefront battling during the toughest part of the pandemic.
