Robin Sockness, founder of My Best Buddy Dog Training, is offering video classes, private lessons, and more options to dog owners in the Fayette and Coweta area.
Robin, a professional dog trainer, and canine life coach, specializes in force-free, science-based dog training, puppy classes, and private lessons.
A former 20-year resident of Fayette County now based in Sharpsburg, Robin has been working with animals her entire life. She knew from childhood that she had a natural attraction to dogs and the psychology of how they operate and relate to the world. She grew up in a home where her parents both rescued dozens of dogs, rehabilitated them, and made them wonderful family pets.
Robin is an active volunteer with JCCARE, a Japanese Chin Rescue Group, and St. Nick’s Closet. She empowers people to create a happy, healthy relationship with their dogs. She is a canine life coach, helping your dog become your best buddy.
Robin teaches puppy classes for dogs 9-20 weeks of age and provides private consultations for all age dogs which teach dog owners how to implement a behavior modification program suited for their specific needs based on the science of how dogs learn.
Robin is a member of APDT and the Pet Professional Guild.
