The setting for the annual Fayetteville Christmas Parade through the downtown area on Dec. 7 was picture-perfect.
Large crowds along the parade route through downtown got an up-close look at a wealth of floats, bands and other entries.
Adding to the day’s festivities this year was the weather, a perfect setting that came with mild temperatures and the Sun peeking through the clouds.
There was more to the evening’s festivities. After the parade, kids visited with Santa and the many families attending were treated to live music and, of course, the lighting of the tree.
