Shirley Champaign White of Fayetteville (formerly of College Park/Riverdale) passed away November 27, 2019. She was born on October 20, 1935; she was 84 years young.
Shirley was a member of Heatherwood Baptist Church. In addition to loving spending time with her family, she loved to work in her flower garden.
Shirley is preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Queen; her brother, Frankie Champaign; and her son Ken White. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 67 years, James “Jimmy” White; daughter, Linda Entrekin (Bill); son, Mike White (Vaughn); daughter-in-law, Debbie White; brother, Jim Champaign (Lynda); grandchildren, Wendy Wilson (Todd), Ashley White, Brittany Bryan (Tony), Lance Pruitt (Adriana); great-grandchildren, Morgan and Kalen Milstead, Charleigh, Grayson, Tony Ray, and Tristan Bryan, Logan Ryan, Enzo and Franco Pruitt.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial will follow the service at College Park Cemetery, College Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to Heatherwood Baptist Church.
