The 10th Annual Juvenile Justice Forum will be held Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Fayette County Library in Fayetteville.
Invited panelists include representatives from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Fayette County School System and the Ga. Department of Juvenile Justice. Other invited panelists include Gary Davis with Next Level Boys Academy and attorney Wayne Kendall.
Student leaders from area schools will serve as moderator, receptionist and panelists for the forum.
The event for Fayette County students and parents will begin Aug. 26 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The event will be held at the Fayette County Public Library, located at 1821 Heritage Parkway in Fayetteville.
Free lunch will be served, back-to-school supplies and other handouts will be available.
The event is sponsored by Georgia Power, Scales of Justice 411 organization and area businesses.
