Welcome Meghan, the first baby born in Fayette County in 2017.

She was born at 7:37 a.m. Sunday morning at Piedmont Fayette Hospital to parents Irvin Freeman and Brittany Lawrence, Fayetteville residents.

Irvin was a New Year’s Baby too. He was the first baby born in Dothan, Ala., in 1990.
