The middle school Konos Juniors of Konos Academy will present “Disney’s Peter Pan, Jr.” Thursday and Friday, Nov. 17-18, at 4 and 7 p.m. at the Carrier Center at Christ’s Church at Whitewater, 1577 Hwy. 85 South in Fayetteville.

William Gray and Luke Thompson play Peter Pan, Ansley Cardoza and Annie Kate Lee are Wendy, LilyAnne Beatty and Chloe Marchman are Tinker Bell, and Zachary Beddingfield and Will Pollard play Captain Hook and Mr. Darling.

Also featured are Briana Campbell and Kierstan Schwab as Tiger Lily, Joshua Fowler and Josiah Harper as Smee, Matthew Marchman as John, Christian Smokowicz as Michael, Jonathan Benson as Chief Tiger Bamboo, Rachel McGlamery as Nana, Jayden Kerns as the Crocodile, and Ainsley Buchanan and Kayla Rose as Mrs. Darling.

This family musical tells the story of Peter Pan and the Lost Boys of Neverland who are visited by Wendy, Michael, and John Darling. Indians pretend to fight the Lost Boys, but their real enemies are Captain Hook and his pirates. Friendly mermaids try to take Wendy to their watery home. Meanwhile, Wendy and Peter save the Indian Princess Tiger Lily from the pirates. Then, Tinker Bell becomes jealous of Wendy and hopes that Captain Hook will take Wendy away. But when Hook tricks her and goes after Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and her fairy friends must save the day.

Famous songs from Disney’s Peter Pan, Jr. include “You Can Fly,” “The Second Star to the Right,” “Yo, Ho, Yo, Ho, a Pirate’s Life for Me,” and “Never Smile at a Crocodile.”

The play is directed by Dr. Dana Spears, Joanne Lee, and Kim Pollard.
