All are invited Sunday, Feb. 28, at the 8 and 11 a.m. services for the Olivet Church’s Annual Heritage Day.
Speaking as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be the Rev. Stephen Ferguson from the Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta.
Olivet’s theme is “As a people who stands together, ‘Our Story Stands Forever.’” Joshua 4:4-7 (NRSV).
Those attending are encouraged to wear African or vintage attire.
The Olivet Church is in the heart of north Fayetteville, at 877 Ga. Highway 314 North, between Ga. Highway 138 and Ga. Highway 85.
