Inman United Methodist Church, located at 151 Hills Bridge Road south of Fayetteville, will host its second annual Christmas Vacation Bible School for children in PreK through fifth grade.
Bible School will be held for three nights, Dec. 20-22, from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Children will learn about the first Christmas as described in The Bible, sing traditional Christmas carols, make Christmas crafts, and participe in a Christmas Pageant.
Each night begins with supper at 5:30, followed by crafts, storytime, music, and recreation.
The last night (Tuesday) at 7:30, the VBS concludes with a very special Christmas program presented by the children. This year participants will sing carols and present a Christmas pageant along with some scenes from “Mary’s Treasure Box,” a children’s book by C.E. Walz, Inman’s pianist.
After the program, all are invited to a birthday party for baby Jesus in the fellowship hall.
In addition, Walz will autograph copies of her book. All children in the community are invited to participate.
