Georgia Department of Transportation projects to improve highway infrastructure throughout Metropolitan Atlanta continue this weekend, weather permitting. Construction on the I-75 Express Lanes projects and I-285 will require lane closures, which, in turn, are likely to result in delays. Motorists are advised to exercise caution by reducing speed while driving through work zones.

The traveling public is encouraged to call 511 or consult 511ga.org  before departing for real-time information on work status and traffic conditions.
