Mr. Thomas Cleon Smith, 64, of Brooks, passed away on October 28, 2015.
Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his parents William Smith and Katheryne Stephenson Smith and brother Henry Allen Smith.
He is survived by three brothers Jim Smith of Salem, N.H., John Smith of Chevy Chase, Md., and Marion Smith of Brooks, Ga.; sister Dr. Harriet Smith of Pelham, N.Y.; Aunt Caroline Barcheldor of Phoenix City, Ala.; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Brooks United Methodist Church, Brooks, Ga., with Rev. David Adamson officiating.
