Trunk or Treat tonight
Providence United Methodist Church invites the community for a fun evening at Trunk or Treat Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Those attending are asked to park in the lower parking lot, then walk around to the top lot where the trunks will be waiting. Children should wear non-scary costumes. For more information, contact Children’s Ministry Director Tracy Williamson at twilliamson@provumc.com.

Run for missions planned at Woolsey
The annual 5k for Missions is Dec. 12 at Woolsey Baptist Church.  Register online at     http://www.woolseybaptist.org/missions/5k.  Prices are $10 for the 1k for kids and $25 for the 5k, with a family max of $60. Surviving The Holidays Seminar planned in Peachtree City
The prospect of facing the holidays without a deceased loved one can cause anxiety and dread. The Surviving the Holidays seminar at  Peachtree City United Methodist Church is a warm, encouraging and helpful event that features video instruction, voluntary group discussion and mutual support.  The seminar will be held Sunday, Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. in Room 308 at the church. PTCUMC’s fall fest is tonight
Peachtree City United Methodist Church at 225 Robinson Road in Peachtree City will host its Fall Fest Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  There will be a Trunk-or-Treat time, chili cook-off with cash prizes for the best recipe, a costume parade and more. Ladies’ event planned at Woolsey
The Ladies Christmas Potpourri Luncheon of Woolsey Baptist Church is an event of Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. til 1 p.m.  Sponsored by Legacy, the Ladies Ministry, the Theme is “Letting Go to Grasp Glorious Riches”from Ephesians 3:16-19.  The speaker will be Carol Kirby. A juice/coffee/breakfast pastry/muffin bar will be in the foyer beforehand.
