Recently two Boy Scouts from Troop 181 in Peachtree City completed their Eagle Scout service projects at Midwest Food Bank’s Georgia Division.

Kevin Kerner designed and built four sign boards that hold the names of the 200+ organizations Midwest Food Bank serves monthly. Dylan Oden installed paving stones and built benches at the entrance to the warehouse.

Their efforts produced “first class” results, according to a MFB spokesperson. “The Troop leadership team and these scouts’ parents can be proud of their accomplishment.”

Midwest Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides food and disaster relief at no cost to recipients. To learn more, visit http://peachtree.midwestfoodbank.org/home.
