Mrs. Katherine Twilley Albright, 87, of Tyrone passed Wednesday, September 2, 2015 surrounded by her family.
She was born May 4, 1928 in Lineville, Ala. to the late Vernon Thomas Twilley & Bernie Jones Twilley. In addition to her parents, her husband of 68 years, Gordon C. Albright, preceded her in death by twelve days.
The funeral was Monday, September 7, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Totten officiating. The visitation was Sunday evening between 6-8 at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St, Newnan, Ga. The family greeted friends Monday afternoon between 1 and 1:30 p.m. (EASTERN) at Forest Home Church in Roanoke. The committal service followed in the church cemetery with Rev. Tim Taylor officiating.
