0Carolyn Estelle Holcombe, 67, of Senoia, passed away on August 31, 2015.
Ms. Holcombe was an avid shopper, young at heart, devoted to her family and a proud grandmother. She loved going to the beach on vacation. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harland E. Holcombe.
She is survived by her sons, Rodney Keith Holcombe (Melanie) of Senoia, Kerry Robert Holcombe (Marika) of Sharpsburg; brother Alan Lanford (Sheryl) of Meansville, Ga.; grandchildren, Breanna Holcombe of Sharpsburg, Ashton Holcombe of Senoia, Paige Holcombe of Sharpsburg, Logan Holcombe of Sharpsburg; niece Allison Dukes of Williamson, Ga. and nephew Matthew Lanford of Meansville, Ga.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel with Danny Wilson officiating. Interment will be immediately following the service at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Jonesboro, Ga. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the local chapter of the American Cancer Society
