The Fayette County Republican Party monthly breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, at the FCRP Event Center, 174 Glynn Street North in Fayetteville.

The speaker, Camilla Moore, a member of the Republican National Committee with Minority Outreach and author of “Black Conservatism and Its Quest for Relevancy,” is considered by some a “trailblazer” for reestablishing minority involvement within the party, according to party officials. She will begin her talk at 9 a.m.

The event is open to the public, and a continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. for a $5 charge.
