Nick Austin and Mika’ele Castro of Boy Scout Troop 208 reached scouting’s highest achievement, the rank of Eagle Scout. The final step in the process was their Eagle Scout Service Project.
Castro constructed two picnic tables and a maintenance program for the church outside grounds.
Austin collected copy paper, Clorox wipes and Lysol spray at the Festival of the Nativity for the Fayette Care Clinic.
Troop 208 is sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
