Tasonis named New Neighbor of the Month

Kathy Tasonis, a native of Connecticut who moved with her family to Peachtree City in 2013, was named New Neighbor of the Month for May 2015 by the New Neighbors League of Peachtree City. The NNLC is an active community organization that seeks to involve new neighbors in community activities and leadership roles.

Tasonis, a research analyst for Market Strategies International, moved to Peachtree City from Boston with her husband and twin sons.

Since joining the New Neighbors League in October 2013, she has served in several roles, including president, secretary and chairperson for Fun and Friendship. In her current role, she has enhanced NNLC’s online presence and Facebook page, resulting in increased interest in the group.

NNLC’s purpose is to bring newcomers to the area together so that they may meet and become friends while adjusting to new surroundings.  NNLC is a not-for-profit social organization that has a wide variety of special interest groups.
