The following local graduate students participated in the Public Service Research End Event at Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies in May:

Haley Evans of Palmetto.

Joshua Winfield of Tyrone.

Kwame Chery of Riverdale.

This annual event enables Andrew Young School graduate students in the areas of criminal justice and criminology, economics, public management and policy, and social work to showcase their research, internships and capstone projects with poster presentations.

The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University is located in downtown Atlanta at the center of one of the nation’s largest government and nonprofit hubs. It is internationally recognized for its impact and influence on public policy and management issues that affect local, state and national governments around the world and advance economic opportunity, human rights and social justice.
