CAP’s wreaths of honor

For nine Decembers, Civil Air Patrol (CAP) members nationwide have shown their appreciation to our nation’s veterans by adorning memorials and veterans’ graves with evergreen wreaths.

As a key partner in Wreaths Across America, CAP ensures our nation’s soldiers’ sacrifices are not forgotten.

This year, anyone can be a part of this nationwide tribute to veterans by sponsoring a Wreaths Across America wreath at Westminster Memorial Cemetery, in Peachtree City.

All wreaths are placed by CAP cadets and officers on National Wreaths Across America Day, which is Dec. 13 at Westminster Memorial Gardens on Ga. Hwy 54 in Peachtree City.

The ceremony begins at 11:15 a.m., refreshments will be served, and the public is invited.
