Wellspring Living is looking forward to hosting its 10th annual 5K, Run for ONE Nov. 1 from 8:30 a.m. at The Bridge Community Center in Peachtree City. Following the success and growth of their previous 5K races they are expecting their biggest turnout to date.

Wellspring Living has a vibrant history of engaging communities in the issues of sexual exploitation. During their previous eleven 5K races, Wellspring Living have attracted more than 3,500 cumulative runners and volunteers, raising over $250k to support women and girls who have been sexually exploited.

Founder Mary Frances Bowley said “We are delighted to host such an important and exciting event in Atlanta, a city that is known to be one of the worst cities for sex trafficking. We aim to have fun at the race, as well as inspire the community of Atlanta that there is hope”. Wellspring Living are promoting the event with the slogan; more than 100 girls are sexually exploited every night in Atlanta. Will you run for one?
