Russell Edmondson has been a member of The American Legion for 60 years and was recently honored by Fayette County Post 105 with the presentation of a 60-year Service Certificate and pin.  Edmondson, a U.S. Army veteran and a long time Fayette County resident, was the Post 105 Commander in 1956 and 1957, served as Post Adjutant and was selected as an Honorary Life Member just last year by the Post membership.  Pictured from the left are Dave Niebes, Post 105 Commander, Russell Edmondson, and Pat Hale, Membership Chairman.  Fayette County Post 105 meets the second Monday of each month at the Log Cabin in Fayetteville.
