Salute to veterans at FFBC Thursday
Fayetteville First Baptist Church will have a special program to honor veterans and those currently serving in the U.S. military on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. The featured speaker will be retired Brig. Gen. Peter T. Madsen, PE. The event also will feature the Southern Aires Big Band and Inman Elementary School Chorus. Holy Trinity’s Craft Bazaar set for Nov. 9
Holy Trinity catholic Church will host its Annual Craft Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. The event will feature a huge selection of handmade crafts including jewelry, wood working, Christmas decorations and many gift ideas. Food will include homemade tamales, chili, nachos and a variety of baked goods. All proceeds will benefit the Catholic Heart Work Camp Mission Trip in June, 2014.
