Mr. & Mrs. Tim Powers of Fayetteville, Ga. are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Timothy O’Michael Powers, to Virginia Anne Richardson, daughter of Dr. Becky McMahan and Dr. James M. Richardson of Hixson, Tenn.
The groom graduated from McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, Ga. He owns Dumpy’s in Ocoee, Tenn.
The bride graduated from Boyd Buchanan High School, and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and received a Masters Degree in Environmental Science. She’s partners in ownership of a green cleaning service and is a whitewater guide for Ocoee Inn.
The wedding is planned for October 12, 2013 on the riverbank of the Ocoee River in Ocoee, Tenn.
After their cross country honeymoon, the couple plans to reside in Ocoee, Tenn.
