Chris E. Benner, 49, of Griffin, passed away July 1, 2013.
He was employed by Delta Airlines where he worked for 25 years as a ground support mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Benner; parents, Harry “Jim” (Jeannette) Benner and sister, Kim (Lee) Hancock.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Pastor Gladdie Kreimann will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. prior to the service.
