Mr. and Mrs. Mark Weiss of Fayetteville, Ga. and Mr. Jeff Hopkins of Alpharetta, Ga. proudly announce the marriage of their daughter Haleigh Elizabeth Hopkins to John Russell Tucker son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tucker of Lilburn, Ga.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olin Trammell and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hopkins.
The groom is the grandson of The Reverend and Mrs. Carter Tucker and Mr. Russell Chapman and the late Mrs. Joy Chapman.
The ceremony took place at the Senoia United Methodist Church, in Senoia, Ga. on October 6, 2012 and was officiated by Anson McMahon and The Reverend Carter Tucker. The dinner reception was held at The Veranda Historic Bed and Breakfast in Senoia.
The maids of honor were Victoria Hopkins, Matalyn Hopkins and Kate Hopkins, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Megan Trammell, Summerlin Horne, McCall Trammell, Madison Trammell, Rachel Graham and Caitlin Wells.
The best men were Carter Tucker and David Tucker, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Harrison Hopkins, Jordan Brown, Matthew Griffin, Nathan Brunson, Aaron Summers, Taylor Brunson and Phillip Summers.
Mrs. Tucker is a graduate of Starrs Mill High School and Georgia College and State University and is attending The University of Georgia in the Professional School Counseling Program.
Mr. Tucker is a graduate of Brookwood High School and Georgia College and State University and is a Police Officer with the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Mr. and Mrs. Tucker honeymooned in the Smoky Mountains. The newly weds will reside in Winder, Ga.
