These scouts from Cub Scout Pack 75 gather around food items collected in the annual Scouting for Food program during February. All the proceeds go to local food banks and help to feed hundreds of families each month in the local area. In the front row (L-R) are Matthew Villiger, and Vernon Smith; in the back row are (L-R) Aiden Giffen, Blake Noah, Christopher Priddy, William Chidester, Andrew Yaeger and Austin Cummings. Pack 75 collected 1,079 food items for the Real Life Center in Tyrone. Scouting for Food is the largest one-day food drive in the Boy Scouts of America. It began in 1985 and has since then collected about 43 million items for food banks. For more information on becoming a scout, visit www.pack75.com.
