Jane Prince, of Fayetteville, formerly of Rome, Ga., passed away on October 2, 2012 at the age of 66.
Jane was a very loving and generous person. She was a charter member of the Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church, where she faithfully served as a member of the choir, handbell choir, Sunday school teacher, and in the home bound ministry. She loved entertaining and especially enjoyed the time around the holidays being with her family and friends.
Jane is survived by her son, J. Mark Prince of Fayetteville; sister, Doris Jeanette Reagan of Hampton; brother, William O. Bowen and his wife Barbara of Stockbridge; ex-husband, Jerry W. Prince of Senoia; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church. Reverend Dennis Watson officiated. Interment followed at Camp Memorial Park.
The family received friends Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
