Fayette Family Church welcomed new worship arts pastor, Pastor Chris Hogue, along with his wife Jessica and their family on Sunday, July 22. Hogue came from the Tampa Bay, Florida, area and has been involved in worship and creative arts ministry for more than 15 years.
“Pastor Chris has an urban worship style at heart with a rural perspective of his traditional gospel music roots,” a spokesperson said. “Understanding that worship is more than just something that is done on Sundays at church but in fact is a lifestyle, Pastor Chris and his family have made worship their life.”
With extensive experience in the recording and music business industry, Hogue has been involved in many recordings and live performances.One of them brought him to the Atlanta area where he joined other vocalist and the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Choir (Lithonia ) to perform with Pastor Gary Oliver, during the 2000 live recording of “More Than Enough.”
