Mr. (R.E.) “Papa Gene” Stell, Jr. of Senoia passed away on May 29, 2012.
Mr. Stell was retired from Delta Air Lines after 33 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Surls Stell; sons, Brian Stell and his wife, Zannett of Villa Rica; Joe Stell and his wife, Kathy of Fayetteville; Mike Stell and his wife, Maria of Atlanta; and Keith Stell and his wife, Jill of Douglasville; sister, Huldah Short of Senoia; 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 1 , 2012 at 1 p.m. at Sharpsburg Baptist Church with remains placed in state at 12:00. Dr. Wallace McAbee officiating. Interment was held at Senoia City Cemetery.
