Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church will offer Terrific Tuesdays for elementary-age children this summer. Except for June 5, all activities are at the church from 1-3 p.m. and are free. The schedule:
• June 5: Leave the church at 1 p.m. for Saville Studios. Children will learn about painting, paint a picture, and do an activity. Cost is $15 per child. Children may be picked up at the studio at 3 p.m. or at the church at 3:15. For more information or to register a child, contact children@coslutheran.org by Friday, June 1.
• June 12, Theme: Gardening
• June 19, Art with Tom Smith
• July 10, Summer Book Club: “The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe” from the Chronicles of Narnia. On the agenda: playing games, drawing pictures, discussing the book and watching the PG-rated movie.
• July 17, Games Galore with worship and prayer activities
• July 24, Christmas in July: fun with Chrismons
