McDonough Road Baptist Church invites the community to participate in Vacation Bible School June 4-8, from 9 a.m. until noon. This year’s theme is “Amazing Wonders Aviation: Encountering God’s Awesome Power.” Children and students ages 4 through 12th grade are invited to attend. Children must be 5 years old by September to enroll.
“Our kids will tour some of the world’s most marvelous natural wonders and learn to trust and recognize God as they explore His awesome power,” said Joni Owens, minister of preschool and children.
“We’ll have the worship rally hanger, do Bible study at Victoria Falls, study missions under the northern lights, have music class at the Matterhorn, do crafts at the Great Barrier Reef, and enjoy recreation at the Grand Canyon. This will be an amazing Vacation Bible School.”
