Norman Cale, 78, of Sharpsburg, Ga., passed away on Sept. 14, 2011. Norman was a graduate of the University of Alabama and served in the United States Marine Corps. An Eastern Airline captain and avid golfer, Norman had a great life and was well-loved by all who met him. He is preceded in death by his son Kent Cale.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Herndon Cale; daughters Karen Turner and Kelly Cale; son Kip Cale; stepson Todd Hale; stepdaughters Shannon Johnson, Branndan Vanegmond and grandchildren.
A Memorial Service was held Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Peachtree City Seventh Day Adventist Family Life Center, Sharpsburg, Ga., 30277.
