Nothing is free anymore, right?

Wrong!

Kidz Fest is free. The celebration of the end of summer returns Saturday, August 27th from 11 a.m. -3 p.m. There will be free rides, free prizes for the kids and free parking.
Organizers state that this year’s Kidz Fest is going to be the biggest and best year yet. They are combining three events in one. It’s the 22nd annual Kidz Fest, where kids of all ages get to climb the Great Rock Wall, ride the Trackless Train, jump in the moon walks, run the Iron Man Obstacle Course, get in the money machine with free prizes, enjoy free entertainment including performances from a juggler, a magician, dancers and much much more.

Occurring at the same time and place is Food Fest is a place where you can sample food from all over Fayette County for a nominal fee and the second annual Help Fest, which is a place where non-profits recruit volunteers, hand out information about their organization and encourage volunteerism in their community.

Kidz Fest/ Help Fest/ Food Fest will take place at Shakerag Knoll at 191 McIntosh Trail in Peachtree City. Come celebrate the end of Summer with us. This event is sponsored by the Peachtree City Recreation and Special Events Department. For more information or to become a vendor contact Art Sivertsen at 770 631-2542 or youth@peachtree-city.org
