Mal Landais, age 69, of Newnan, Ga., peacefully passed away on Aug. 22, 2011. He was a Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Landais; mother-in-law, Bette Ryff of Fayetteville, Ga.; sister Louisa Martinez of Lorain, Ohio, brother Lee Landais of Amhert, Ohio; sons, Bryan Lehrer (Marife Lehrer) of Davie, Fla., Andy Ryff (Dionne Ryff) of Fayetteville, Ga., and Conrad Landais (Charlie Chinnici) of Dumont, N.J.;
Daughters, Dana Wollschlager (Tod Wollschlager) of Cottage Grove, Minn., Michelle Toranza (Bill Toranza) of Burnsville, Minn., Kerry Landais (Mike Bettenburg) of Eagan, Minn.; grandchildren, Brandi Lehrer, Cassandra Wollschlager, Drake Ryff, Jolie Ryff, Tyler Singer, Matias, Nicholas, and Miles; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, Ga. Visitation will be the day of the service from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
