The Senoia Downtown Development Authority will hold a town hall meeting Aug. 18 to solicit input from citizens on ways to improve their hometown and to learn what types of business and services residents would like to see in the future.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Freeman Sasser building located at the Seavy Street Park. A light meal will also be served during the meeting.

“Give us your input about Senoia. What would you like to see change? Is there a store or service you think Senoia should offer? What is important to improve in our town? Cast your vote on what is important to you,” said DDA Chair Suzanne Helfman.

DDA holds this type of town hall meeting every two years. Subsequent to suggestions from the last meeting a cart path was installed along Rockaway Road and the farmers’ market was initiated.
