For the month of July the Grantville Southern Country Gospel Sings, which formerly were held in the renovated Railroad Freight Depot, will continue to be held down the tracks a bit at the First Baptist Church of Grantville.
The sings will be held on the fourth Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 7 p.m.
The concerts are free and open to the public and there will be opportunity to meet the artists. The concerts are done both as artistic performances and as Christian ministry.
Featured on Friday, July 22 will be Bobby Ellis and His Country Gospel Band, Sounds of Glory, and One Accord.
Featured on Saturday, July 23 will be the Morris Family and the Klondike Trio.
Grantville is south of Newnan and may be accessed via U.S. Highway 29 or I-85.
