0Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Richards of Brooks announce the engagement of their daughter, Lyndsey Mae Richards, to Daryl Wayne Matthews, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Matthews of Brooks.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Wayne Richards of Fayetteville and the late Jean Richards, and Ralph Bedley of Greensboro and the late Eleanor Bedley. She is a 2006 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and will graduate from Georgia College and State University in May 2011 with a bachelor of science degree in middle grades education, concentrating in science and language arts.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Matthews of Fayetteville, and Dorothy Kleinschmit of Woodbury and the late Donald Kleinschmit. He is a 2004 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and is now a business owner of 5M Enterprises.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 21, 2011, at The Banquet Hall of Alvaton. The couple will honeymoon in Jamaica.
