Fayetteville First United Methodist Church is offering a new cardio dance class called Hip Hop Hustle.
This easy-to-learn, high-calorie burning class combines fun dance moves set to the latest music making the class feel more like a night out on the dance floor than a workout.
A new 8-week session will begin Tuesday, April 19 from 6-7 p.m. in the Fayetteville First United Methodist gym, 175 E. Lanier Ave. The cost is $15, but potential students are invited to try their first session free. Contact Kristin Heiden for more information at kheiden@fayettevillefirst.com.
