0Mr. Elmer Allen Hicks of Sharpsburg died February 13, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna Hicks of Sharpsburg; daughter, Kawin Brown and her husband Dennis of Fayetteville; son, Anthony Hicks and his wife Karen of Senoia; grandchildren, Rachel Brown, Joel Hicks and Riley Hicks; brother, John A. Hicks, Jr. of Atlanta; sisters, Gaynelle Penn; Nettie Hicks, both of Decatur; Betty Harris and Gail Bridges both of Middleburg, FL; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (Peachtree City). Rev Kenneth Brown will officiate. Interment services will immediately follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 4 to 8 PM.
