As it gets closer to opening in the Peachtree Crossings shopping center, The Fresh Market grocery store has announced a career open house event slated for Jan. 26 at Glendalough Manor in Tyrone.
Among the job openings are: assistant produce manager, grocery specialist, assistant deli manager, gift/floral specialist and specialists for cheese, candy/coffee, seafood and others.
All applicants are required to apply online before the open house, according to the company. The website on which the company is accepting applications is TheFreshMarket.com/careers.
The career open house will run from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and from 2-7 p.m. on Jan. 26.
The Fresh Market describes itself as having gourmet offerings, and it will be taking the place of the former “baby” Kroger grocery store which initially opened many years ago as a Big Star grocery store.
