0The Georgia Department of Transportation is warning motorists about icy spots along Ga. Highway 54 near Piedmont Fayette Hospital in its latest update of road conditions in the region south of Atlanta.
DOT officials are urging the public to avoid driving unless absolutely necessary until the weather conditions improve, as freezing temperatures are expected to remain overnight, leaving roads quite treacherous tomorrow morning.
