Mrs. Irene Mary Collier, a resident of Dogwood Forrest Assisted Living in Fayetteville, GA , passed away on November 4, 2010 at the age of 74.
Mrs. Collier was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a long time Special Needs educator in both Clayton and Fayette counties.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Collier and a daughter Mary Bucco.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruthanne Maynard and her husband Jeff of Halethorpe, MD; son, Tommy Collier of Cape Cod, MA; granddaughter, Elizabeth Bucco of Beverly MA; and brother, Charlie Irish and his wife Aileen of Salem, MA., and also many close friends.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Fayetteville Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 1957 Lakeside Parkway Suite 500, Tucker, GA. 30084 or Noah’s Ark Animal Shelter at www.noahs-ark.org.
