The 21st annual Christmas Marketplace will be held Nov. 6, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church’s Family Life Center in Fayetteville. The event is hosted by the United Methodist Women and will include more than 60 unique vendors, children’s clothing consignment, large bric-a-brac sale and homemade bake sale. Proceeds support church missions.
Donated items are still being accepted and may be dropped off at the church, 175 East Lanier Ave. (Ga. Highway 54) in downtown Fayetteville.
The marketplace features jewelry, carpentry, stained glass, monogramming, decorative art, smocked dresses, Christmas wreaths and other treasures. Santa also will be on site for Christmas photographs.
“This is a great traditional event for our church and a great way to get motivated to clean out your closets for the bric-a-brac sale,” said Cindy Hall, United Methodist Women chair. “It’s an easy way to get a jump on Christmas shopping at our marketplace and you never know what kind of bargain you’ll find.”
