Cole Ivey and Lynsey Tedford of Fayetteville announce the birth of their daughter, Rayah Layne, born Aug. 18 at 12:32 a.m. She weighed 7 lbs., 5 oz and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Matt and Sonya Tedford of Fayetteville. Fraternal grandparents are Greg Ivey and Becky Ford, also of Fayetteville.
