Mr. and Mrs. Robert Herrington of Brazoria, Texas announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Courtney McAlpine, to Capt. Michael Coloney, son of retired Delta Capt. Eric and Mrs. Coloney of Peachtree City.

The bride to be is employed at Miratech Corporation as the power generation administrator.

The groom elect is a 2001 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is currently a captain in the Air National Guard in Tulsa, Okla., flying F-16s.

A beach wedding at The Dreams Resort in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, will be on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010.

The couple will reside in Tulsa, Okla., after the wedding.
