0Andrew Smith and Nicole Huff of Fayetteville announce the birth of their son, William Parker Smith, born in Tift Regional Hospital in Tifton, at 5 p.m., Saturday May 15, 2010. Parker weighed 6 lbs 10.9 oz, and was 19.5 inches long. Grandparents are Allen and Tracey Smith of Fayetteville, Paula Huff of Tifton, and Denis Huff of LaJunta, Colo.
