FCHS seniors recognized by American Legion

Two graduating seniors from the Class of 2010 were selected to receive the 2010 American Legion School Award for Fayette County High School, presented by Fayette County Post 105. The award recognizes two seniors for their qualities of courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service. Pictured is Jordan Rooker. left; Legionnaire Steve Cox, Post 105, center; and Donielle Williams, right. Jordan is an exceptional individual, volunteering during the summer with the Westchester Coalition for the Homeless. He plans to study accounting at either Alabama A & M or Middle Tennessee State. Donielle Williams is an Honor student, served on Student Council and was Dance Team Captain. She will be attending Xavier University of Louisiana in Pre-Med. Photo/Special.
