Palmetto Youth League (PYL) Director Bernard Knox (front left) and Mayor John Miller (front right) were all smiles April 17 for the organization’s grand opening at the C.A. Carter Center. They were joined by City Council members, PYL board of directors, Police Chief Luther Graham, parents and children.
